1. Return Eligibility
   • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
   • Certain items, such as personal care products, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
2. Return Process

   • Once we confirm your return eligibility, please ship the item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refunds
   • Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
   • Refunds are issued via cash-on-delivery (COD) and may take up to 7–10 business days to process.
4. Exchanges
   • Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items only. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving a damaged item.
